Executive Order on Protecting Law Enforcement Officers, Judges, Prosecutors, And Their Families

Issued on: January 18, 2021 | Original EO here.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Purpose. Under the Constitution and Federal law, our Government vests in judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers the power to make decisions of enormous consequence. Because of the importance of their work, these public servants face unique risks to their safety and the safety of their families.

  • Some who face or have received an adverse judicial decision have sought to intimidate or punish judges and prosecutors with threats of harm. Moreover, judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers are symbols within our communities of law and order and may be targeted for that reason alone.

  • And at times, family members of public servants have become victims. Last year, a former litigant before a Federal judge in New Jersey tragically murdered the judge’s 20-year-old son and critically wounded her husband.

  • Judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers’ resiliency in the face of the danger they regularly face is an inspiration for all of us in public service.

Judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers should not have to choose between public service and subjecting themselves and their families to danger. My Administration has no higher priorities than preserving the rule of law in our country and protecting the men and women who serve under its flag.

Accordingly, I am ordering enhanced protections for judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers.

  • Federal law already allows Federal and State law enforcement officers to protect themselves by carrying a concealed firearm, but the Federal Government can do more to cut the red tape that Federal law enforcement officers must navigate to exercise their rights.

  • The current threat to Federal prosecutors also demands an expansion of their ability to carry a concealed firearm, as allowed under the Department of Justice’s existing authorities.

  • Finally, the Congress should act expeditiously to adopt legislation extending the right to carry a concealed firearm to Federal judges and pass other measures that will expand our capacity to combat threats of violence against judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers.

Trump wants to Depart Washington on Inauguration Day While Still President

By Joseph Curl., Jan 18, 2021 | Original Just the News article here.

Leaving while he is still president will allow Trump to use the presidential plane and use the call sign "Air Force One."

President Trump

President Trump plans to depart Washington, D.C., hours before President-elect Joe Biden on Wednesday takes the oath of office – and he purportedly wants a presidential-style send-off.

The White House on Sunday sent guidance to reporters seeking to cover his departure. Usually, outgoing presidents attend their successor’s inauguration, then helicopter from the lawn of the Capitol to Andrews Air Force Base and board the presidential plane (which is not then called "Air Force One" because that call sign is only when a current president is on board.)

The guidance says Trump will land at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the Palm Beach International Airport. That means Trump needs to depart D.C. at about 8 a.m. Once in Florida, he will head likely go to his Mar-a-Lago resort.

CNN reported:

"Trump told people he did not like the idea of departing Washington for a final time as an ex-president, flying aboard an airplane no longer known as Air Force One."

California halts Moderna Vaccine Shots Over Possible Severe Allergic Reaction

A higher-than-usual number of possible allergic reactions were reported with a specific lot of Moderna vaccine.

By Joseph Curl, Jan 18, 2021 | Original Just the New article here.

COVID vaccine

California health officials have paused the administering of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine after several people reportedly had allergic reactions at one clinic. The officials on Sunday told health care providers across the state to stop using doses from one COVID-19 vaccine lot that arrived from pharmaceutical company.

The pause affects 330,000 doses of the vaccine that have been distributed to 287 providers, who were instructed to use doses from other available vaccine inventory until an investigation is complete.

"The state has not been notified of any other cluster or individual events related to this lot," officials said.

California State Epidemiologist Dr. Erica Pan told KTLA-TV.

“A higher-than-usual number of possible allergic reactions were reported with a specific lot of Moderna vaccine administered at one community vaccination clinic.”

Executive Order on Protecting The United States From Certain Unmanned Aircraft Systems

Jan 18, 2021 Executive Order | Original here.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that additional actions are necessary to ensure the security of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) owned, operated, and controlled by the Federal Government; to secure the integrity of American infrastructure, including America’s National Airspace System (NAS); to protect our law enforcement and warfighters; and to maintain and expand our domestic industrial base capabilities.

Accordingly, I hereby order:

Section 1. Policy.

UAS have tremendous potential to support public safety and national security missions and are increasingly being used by Federal, State, and local governments. UAS are used, for example, to assist law enforcement and support natural disaster relief efforts. Reliance on UAS and components manufactured by our adversaries, however, threatens our national and economic security.

Executive Order on Ensuring Democratic Accountability in Agency Rulemaking

Executive Order, Jan 18, 2021 | Original here.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Purpose.

American democracy operates on the principle of the consent of the governed. Regular elections for the Congress and the President and Vice President of the United States are designed to ensure that the officials responsible for making and executing the law are held accountable to the American people. The President chooses Federal agency heads who exercise executive authority and implement his regulatory agenda. The American people, in electing the President, thereby have a role in choosing the individuals who govern them.

However, some agencies have chosen to blur these lines of democratic accountability by allowing career officials to authorize, approve, and serve as the final word on regulations. This practice transfers the power to set rules governing Americans’ daily lives from the President, acting through his executive subordinates, to officials insulated from the accountability that national elections bring. This practice undermines the power of the American people to choose who governs them and I am directing steps to end it.

U.S. and the world at a crossroads: either Trump foils the coup against him or the New World Order will arise

By Cesare Sacchetti, Jan 17, 2021 | Original post here

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell was spotted at the White House last Friday.

Lindell carried with him some papers and some handwritten notes that suggest Trump’s best path is to trigger the Insurrection Act and the consequent dealing of the emergency powers. The Insurrection Act would mean the activation of the military courts to judge those who orchestrated riots or other subversive acts that can compromise the integrity and the stability of the Republic.

Apparently, the entrepreneur would have had a short meeting with Trump, where he presented the President with the best options to trigger these emergency powers, but it’s not clear if Trump took into consideration the recommendations of Lindell.

After the meeting, Lindell stated that he had only been a messenger who had received the task to forward a message to Trump from an attorney, whose name wasn’t disclosed. On Lindell’s notes, there was also written the name of Sidney Powell, probably because in this plan Ms. Powell would have a special assignment to conduct a probe into the election fraud.

These are certainly crucial hours for America and the entire world.

Many people asked why Trump didn’t promptly act to foil the ongoing coup, and many people are still asking if, at this point, the President is willing to take the critical decision to arrest those who have been trying to overthrow him with a coup d’état.

The Coup Against Trump

Before taking into consideration the possible scenarios which Trump could consider, it is necessary to retrace the main phases of the coup.

Everything started the night of November 3. That was the beginning of this operation when the system realized that Trump was easily winning a second term. An order was sent and in the key states, all of sudden, the vote counting was halted.

FBI, Justice Department knew there was no Russia collusion by Spring of 2017

By Rowan Scarborough, Jan 17, 2021 | The Washington Times article here.

The top Justice Department official in early 2017 overseeing the FBI’s Russia probe testified he was briefed as many as six times on its status and was told there was no evidence of Trump campaign collusion, a newly released transcript shows.

The testimony of Dana J. Boente is significant because during this time the FBI took major steps to expand the probe. And President Trump in May ended up firing then-FBI Director James Comey, a stunning move that led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller and two years of a White House under constant criminal scrutiny.

“There was no ‘there’ there,” said Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Republican, who released Mr. Boente’s June 22 closed testimony. “The investigation was pushed when it should have been stopped and the only logical explanation is that the investigators wanted an outcome because of their bias.”

Mr. Boente’s unique position in the new Trump administration was this: Newly confirmed Attorney General Jeff Sessions recuse himself from the Russia probe, codenamed “Crossfire Hurricane” by the FBI. He had spoken to the Russian ambassador while a senator from Alabama.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein would not win Senate confirmation until late April.

That left Mr. Boente as acting deputy and in charge of Crossfire Hurricane in February, March and April. He asked to be briefed.

Don’t Let the Capitol Unrest Become a 9/11 Style Excuse for Authoritarianism

Jan 6, 2021 events create openings for attacks on civil liberties.

Adapted from an article by J.D. Tuccille, Jan 15, 2021 | Original reason.com article here.

After the 9/11 terrorist attacks — now established as a false flag event — horrified Americans foolishly embraced virtually any proposal that promised to keep them safe. Government officials, for their part, were eager to exploit the fear-induced public and saw an opportunity to promote legislation and policies that had failed to win support in the past.

The result was a surge of authoritarianism from which the U.S. has yet to recover. Now, with the public being misled about another false flag event — the January 6 invitation into the Capitol — we should vigorously oppose another wave of political responses that would, again, erode our liberty.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) told her Instagram followers this week:

"We’re going to have to figure out how we rein in our media environment so that you can’t just spew disinformation and misinformation. It’s one thing to have differing opinions but it’s another thing entirely to just say things that are false. So that’s something that we’re looking into."

Will AOC be looking into herself, then?

U.S. State Dept Fact Sheet: Activity at the Wuhan Institute of Virology

Jan 15, 2021 — Original fact sheet here.

For more than a year, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has systematically prevented a transparent and thorough investigation of the COVID-19 pandemic’s origin, choosing instead to devote enormous resources to deceit and disinformation. Nearly two million people have died. Their families deserve to know the truth. Only through transparency can we learn what caused this pandemic and how to prevent the next one.

The U.S. government does not know exactly where, when, or how the COVID-19 virus—known as SARS-CoV-2—was transmitted initially to humans. We have not determined whether

  1. the outbreak began through contact with infected animals or
  2. the outbreak was the result of an accident at a laboratory in Wuhan, China.

The virus could have emerged naturally from human contact with infected animals, spreading in a pattern consistent with a natural epidemic. Alternatively, a laboratory accident could resemble a natural outbreak if the initial exposure included only a few individuals and was compounded by asymptomatic infection. Scientists in China have researched animal-derived coronaviruses under conditions that increased the risk for accidental and potentially unwitting exposure.

Don’t miss this, near the bottom:

"The United States and other donors funded or collaborated on civilian research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology"

Note: This means the US funded the "gain of function" research, as documented elsewhere by citizen journalists, Dr. Fauci signed the checks.
