Nursing Home Whistleblower Tells the Truth

Certified Nursing Assistant: Seniors Are DYING LIKE FLIES After COVID Injections! SPEAK OUT!!!.

James (he gives his last name in the video) is a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), and he recorded this video as a whistleblower because he could not keep silent any longer. James reports that in 2020 very few residents in the nursing home where he works got sick with COVID, and none of them died during the entire year of 2020.

However, shortly after administering the Pfizer experimental mRNA injections, 14 died within two weeks, and he reports that many others are near death.

He makes it very clear that these were patients he knew and cared for (he is also a "lay pastor"), and that after being injected with the mRNA shot, residents who used to walk on their own can no longer walk. Residents who used to carry on an intelligent conversation with him could no longer talk.

And now they are dying. "They’re dropping like flies."

James calls upon other CNAs, Nurses, and family members to go public and tell the world what is going on with these experimental mRNA COVID injections.

"How many more lives need to be lost before we say something?"

GOOD NEWS: The EU Council of Europe has voted to explicitly affirm that vaccination is NOT mandatory, and that everyone is made aware of this. That is, mandatory vaccinations are banned, as is discrimination toward those who refuse a vaccine.

From the Resolution (https://pace.coe.int/en/files/29004/html) —

7.3 regarding the guarantee of a high absorption of vaccines:

7.3.1 ensure that citizens are informed that vaccination is NOT mandatory and that no one is politically, socially or otherwise under pressure to vaccinate unless they wish to do so on their own;

7.3.2 ensure that no one is discriminated against for not being vaccinated, due to possible health risks or for not wanting to be vaccinated.

Russia is a member and Putin has just dropped all restrictions . . . natural immunity is at work. A reliable source, has been been reliably informed that ALL CHURCHES in Russia are open.

Excellent news from the Council of Europe (CoE), the world’s leading Human Rights organization. It is the governing body of the European Court of Human Rights. As you’re probably aware the CoE is distinct and separate from the EU.

47 countries including all EU Member States are contracting parties to the CoE and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). This is excellent news for people concerned about mandatory or coerced vaccination or discrimination on vaccination status.

BREAKING NEWS! I have changed my legal residence from the State of Georgia to the State of South Carolina!

I have lived in Georgia since I was 3 years old (65 years). I still love the Peach State but Georgia has deteriorated over the years to become one of the most corrupt states in the country, if not the most corrupt.

Every state has problems. Like individuals, states are imperfect. But Georgia has spun out of control and is heavily influenced by the CCP through corrupt state officials.

I love the land in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and the people here are simply wonderful. South Carolina has welcomed me. Georgia has falsely accused me and shunned me.

I am thrilled about my change of residency.

I started my life in North Carolina in 1952 and plan to live in South Carolina until the Lord calls me back north to my eternal home in Heaven.

Sometimes in context, going from the North to the South is a really good thing.

Now I can vote against Lindsey Graham!

What can we do non-violently within the law to fight back to reclaim our freedom?

Pray, pray, pray. Pray Psalms 35, 37, 140-145.
Tell your friends who think the election was legal to go get a mental health examination. They are the ones who are crazy or willfully ignorant.
Call a Communist a Communist. Do not be intimidated – exercise your free speech to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Make sure you do not buy anything made in China. When you a find a cell phone made in America, throw away your iPhone. In the meantime, do not spend a dime with Apple, Google, Amazon, Walmart, or other major companies who do business with the enemy. Cut off their money. Boycott them.
Write members of the military and tell them you love the fact that they will never dishonor their oath to defend the Constitution, freedom, and the People.
Injustice inflicted on one is injustice inflicted on all. Stand up for your fellow Patriots. If one is being mistreated or harassed for their belief in freedom and support of President Trump, flood the enemy with emails and voice mails with words supporting your fellow Patriot and decrying injustice. Stand up for your fellow Patriots. Let your voice be heard over and over again.
Turn off your television. Do NOT watch any mainstream media. None of their movies, comedies, game shows, or other meaningless mind junk.
Read books that tell you how to effectively battle Communism and lawfully resist a color revolution.
Don’t be afraid to wear a MAGA cap. The enemy is scared to death of them.
Consider selling your stocks before the enemy intentionally crashes the market to steal your money. 401(k)’s are worth $0 under communism. Buy precious metals and land.
Protect yourself, your family and your friends.
Organize your communities. Talk to the leaders in your church. Designate leaders in your community and meet regularly. Share truthful news. Take shelter in the Word of God and surround yourself with believers. Offer help to non-believers. Lead by example.
If your employer is a Communist or Communist sympathizer, find another job. There will be a Patriot who will help you with a job. For the short term, stock up on essentials and prepare to live a more frugal lifestyle. It will be short term pain but it sure beats the lifestyle under Communism.
Resist any “friend” or “leader” who urges capitulation to the enemy. Don’t tolerate being told to do something (or refrain from doing something) that in so doing you feel violates your basic human rights or the Bill of Rights. Follow the TRUTH of God. Do not cohort with the enemy.
Identify the enemy in federal, state, local government and flood their emails and voice mails with demands for freedom and recognition of your God-given rights.
If your friend does not care to stand up for freedom, find another friend who does. The former will end up being friends with the enemy. Do not fear rejecting such people. Freedom deserves better.
Spend as little money as possible. Cut off and limit the enemy’s receipt and use of sales tax.
After you organize your community, identify lawyers who are Patriots who will assist you when you lawfully and non-violently resist unconstitutional demands, such as wearing a mask or limiting the number of people in your home or your church. They cannot put us all in jail.
Stop waiting on others to protect your freedom. Make sacrifices yourself for liberty. It will be well worth it. If not for you, then for your children and your grandchildren and generations to come.
Talk to members of your community in person and form a plan for community unity and protection. Care for others more than yourself. Especially when it comes to standing up for freedom.
Love all and forgive all but always demand justice and righteousness.

Bar Associations, judges, lawyers, & certain people in the public are attacking me

Roberts and Pence have not sued me for publishing false and defamatory statements about them.

Wonder why not?

Under libel law standards, as plaintiffs, they would have the evidentiary burden of proving my statements are false.

Could they meet they burden?

Fair question.

Sometimes you learn as much or more from what people don’t say as you do from what they say.

Why I posted the Trump letter.

I posted it because I believe the message conveyed is truth. Trump won. Biden lost.

The enemy wants you to focus on the messenger, not the message. We are all imperfect. We can all be attacked. Some attacks are based on facts. Many are based on lies. Therefore, I would urge that we should focus on the message, not the messenger.

I cannot verify that every item I post is authentic. We live in a world of photoshopped images and deep fake videos.

But I can authenticate that the message I try to convey is what I believe is truth as best as I can discern as an imperfect person.

Focus on the message.

Rhetorical Hyperbole

Rhetorical hyperbole is a First Amendment-based doctrine that the Court has used to provide protection to exaggerated, over-the-top speech in defamation cases.

I am being threatened in an effort to suppress my speech. The enemy distorts, embellishes, and even falsifies my words in an effort to get others to attack me for the enemy’s deceitful versions of my words. The enemy hates TRUTH and really hates messages that share God’s Word to others.

What will I do?

I will keep speaking TRUTH. I will keep sharing messages of love, hope and faith. I will not allow the enemy to suppress my right of free speech.

I am Being Threatened in an Effort to Control Me.

To not only control my speech but to control how, when, and what I can do to convey TRUTH.

I am faced with death threats, slander and unlawful defamation of my reputation and character, frivolous lawsuits, unlawful attempts to strip me of my law license, a demand that I undergo a mental health examination that is not justified under the law or facts, efforts to expel me from a lawyers’ social club, etc., etc., etc. The list is long and will likely grow. The enemy does not admit defeat easily.

What will I do?

I will keep fighting back with TRUTH and righteousness. While I would certainly prefer to simply surrender and return to a peaceful life with my real friends, the land, my puppies, and the other joys surrounding me, I must be true to my principles and not be led away from them by my preferences.

I will not be intimidated. I am fearless. I will prevail because truth overcomes lies and the enemy lost the battle before it began because the enemy is a liar.

My time and resources are not limitless

. . . so I will choose my battles carefully. I could not care less about a social club or what some agenda-driven, anonymous person or AI bot says about me on Twitter or other social media.

But trust me and send this message far and wide, when I choose to fight a battle, I will wage war fiercely. Ask my opponents over the course of my 43-year practice of law. I aggressively pursue truth to achieve justice. Win or lose, I will give it my very best effort. That is all I can do. I can never do less.

I am allowed to ask myself “why are you doing this?”

I am doing it for my children and my grandchildren. And their children and their grandchildren. I am doing it for you.

You see, today the enemy is coming after me. Soon, the enemy will be coming after you. In time, the enemy will be coming after ALL who love TRUTH and ALL who love to breathe the fresh air of LIBERTY.

I am trying my imperfect best to be a good role model for others. You get to choose whether I am a good role model to follow. I only pray that you choose wisely.

This is a battle of freedom v. tyranny. This is a battle of good v. evil. This is a battle of life v. death.

I hope you will join me in the battle. Speak TRUTH. Be fearless. Stay strong in your faith through prayer.

Wow. I was right again.

I said the list of attacks against me would continue to grow.

WSB in Atlanta just informed me by email that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has opened an investigation of me on whether I was a resident of Georgia in November of 2020 when I voted in person for President Trump.

Guess Brad does not read my Telegram posts. I only yesterday announced my change of residency to South Carolina EFFECTIVE yesterday, February 1!

Until yesterday, I have been a resident of Georgia since 1955. Ha! The enemy’s attacks are getting weaker and weaker. The enemy is a loser. Brad is a loser. Brad is going to jail.

WAIT! I am imperfect. I might have been wrong when . . .

I said Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger does not read my Telegram posts.

Maybe Brad DID see my post last night about his Dominion right hand man, Tom Feehan. Hopefully, Brad will find time (when he is not wasting it and taxpayers’ money learning the obvious – that I was a resident of Georgia in November 2020) to investigate Mr. Feehan.

Brad will not do it. Because Brad knows the truth about Dominion and the fraudulent November 2020 election. Brad is a liar.

So Brad will not come out of the darkness and let the light shine on the truth. He will try to keep the truth hidden.

My message to Brad is simple:

Wood Derangement Syndrome

Given the intensity of the propaganda media attacks against me, one would think media is suffering from Wood Derangement Syndrome.

These propagandists need a mental health evaluation.

The fact that President Trump put up with this nonsense 24/7 for 4 years tells you all you need to know about his toughness and character. He never quits and the liars can never stop him. President Trump will drain the swamp. Patience.

We are in perhaps the largest battle of good v. evil in the history of mankind.

Who we fight against, how we fight, and who we fight for will define our humanity.

Atlanta: Ground Zero for Fraud

Since Atlanta was ground zero for the most egregious acts of fraud in the November 3, 2020 general election, I would think the Atlanta Lawyers Club would be chomping at the bit to investigate the election, expose the fraud, correct the fraudulent results, and clean up future elections in Atlanta.

Many politicians, government officials, and businesses are either ignorant of, or have overlooked, the fact that ALL of the power in our country belongs to We The People.

In extraordinary times like the present, they need to be legally and repeatedly reminded of that incontrovertible truth.

They need We The People. We are indispensable to them. We don’t need them. They can be easily replaced.

I have always urged that if you wish to pursue truth to achieve justice, search for truth-givers. I suggest you search carefully as they are few among us. When you find a truth-giver, listen carefully. You will be learning truth.

Here is a way to speed up the search for a truth-giver. Identify ALL individuals who the propaganda social & mainstream media describe as a “conspiracy theorist.”

Except in the rare extreme case, that person is telling you the TRUTH.

The enemy thinks he is smart. Up to a point, he is. But he always ultimately outsmarts and ensnares himself.
