Dear Ms. Barr,

This is a California Public Records request, per the California Public Records Act (CPRA), Government Code Section 6250 et seq., for any and all public information about or related to applications for the placement, construction or modification of any fiber optic cables or any Wireless Telecommunications Facilities (WTF) in the city of Napa, including but not limited to presentations, maps, RF Microwave Radiation Exposure analyses, contracts, City Council documents (agendas, minutes, decisions, links to video-taped meetings), correspondence to/from/among City Staff/City Council/City advisory boards, including, but not limited to letters, emails, texts and any other communications to/from/among Verizon employees/contractors/subcontractors, AT&T employees/contractors/subcontractors, Mobilitie employees/contractors/subcontractors, T-Mobile employees/contractors/subcontractors, Sprint employees/contractors/subcontractors, any other Telecommunications or Wireless provider employees/contractors/subcontractors, Napa City Council members, Napa Planning Commissioners, Napa employees/contractors, other California cities’ City Council members, Planning Commissioners, employees/contractors and any members of the media for the period starting on January 1, 2016 and ending on the latter of June 25, 2018 or the date when this CPRA request is fulfilled by the City of Napa staff.

The CPRA information request detailed above is not subject to delay, ten days or otherwise, for the following reasons:

  1. I am not requesting any copies, just inspection of the existing information in any form (if not easily available in digital format, I prefer to inspect the original documents on site at the City of Napa offices at a specified date/time)
  2. The information exists in some form within the City of Napa offices
  3. The information is not exempt from the CPRA process
