From a May, 2020 email from someone in Hoffman Estates, IL:
I have attached the info given to me. I think it is for radio communications. I am in Hoffman Estates. They said my electrical bill will go up $50 per month, and I think they are offering me $150 per month, so plus $100I do not know the answer on the 5G question. I am assuming 5G doesn’t come into play, but that is why I am asking.
. . . then either sue your neighbor or sell your home and run toward the hills (and settle in narrow valleys with steep hillsides on each side).
